My Journey with AIESEC IPB is...

Since I joined AIESEC I’ve understood every single person can do a lot of things to impact their community and their lives, so that’s one of strongest reasons for conceiving me an AIESECer. For me AIESEC is OCEAN. Oceans are the lifeblood of planet Earth and humankind. They flow over nearly three-quarters of our planet, and hold 97% of the planet's water. They produce more than half of the oxygen in the atmosphere, and absorb the most carbon from it. AIESEC still affect my life and the lives of my story life. AIESEC make me get more of leadership, friendship, creativity, open minded, global story, development, and expensive experience.

I'm a Account Manager IGCDP on AIESEC IPB. From this role I learn more, how to be a good leader for my staff and a good partner for manager in IGCDP. I learn how to promote our project such as ADHOC, Summer Project, Winter Project, search EP from another country, interview EP, manage matching process, and realizing EP.

Not only AM, I'm also an OC Exchange. Being an OC Exchange make me know AIESECer from others LC and MC. Manage myself for get a good EP to AIESEC IPB Project. Develop a greater understanding for my own experience being an OC Exchange. I learn how to manage others for get a real experience in Bogor about help educating children in Dramaga even it’s so hard.
